		<description>I doubt any of the four Republicans will want to be the only crossover vote to make EFCA happen, too much pressure. If Specter was supporting it maybe Voinovich or Murkowski could be convinced to do so, but this will make it much harder. The more promising path for Dems is to wait for the GOP primary to be over and then try to get Specter to vote yes.</description>
